Hi there! My name is Yannick Moïse (You can find me here on Linkedin: Click to view/in/yannick-moïse/, and I have been running an impact-driven digital marketing business in Montreal, Canada for the past 4 years.

My team and I consistently got results for our clients with Google Ads. We are now growing and looking to find a new Google Ads manager to join our team.. Our niche is home service contractors but we are not limited to that niche only and will serve other niches if they are a good fit.

I’m looking for someone to become my Google Ads expert and right hand assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you’ve ever seen before. I know many of you apply for “Google Ads manager” roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 1, 2, or even 3 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job and what are the requirements?

Since you will be my Google Ads expert, you have a very important role in helping my various Google Ads clients to get consistent leads through Google Ads.

You will be working on a number of different Google Ads projects at the same time. To perform the role, here are the overall requirements

– At least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience with keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign optimization, AB testing, implementation of conversion tracking, bid management, account settings and monthly analysis.
– Demonstrated history of achieving good Google Ads results for websites.
– Be able to work part time, 20 hours per week to start. Work hours are flexible, but you will need to be available to meet with me from 8am-1pm Montreal time (which is 8pm-1am your time in the Philippines).
– Strong written and verbal English.
– Proficient with Google Ads interface.
– Great attention to detail to complete Google Ads management tasks .
– Experience with common online marketing tools relevant to Google Ads, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword planner, Google Tag Manager, and Google Page Speed Insights.

Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of virtual employees on Google Ads projects, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES (Not mandatory, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
– Ideally have experience working with an agency environment already (ie. another agency that does Google Ads or marketing)
– Basic knowledge of websites such as HTML, WordPress, or other website builders (ie. Webflow or Squarespace)

Here is the compensation:

This job will start off at $7.50 USD/Hour, but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $9-10 USD/hour 6-9 months from now, and possibly even $11-14 USD/hour 2-3 years from now. Plus I will offer bonuses/incentives for achieving great Google Ads results for clients.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company. This also gives you opportunities to grow in leadership roles in my company overtime. For example, if you perform well you can be promoted to more leadership roles in my company, and oversee team members.
