Job Role:

As a Graphic Designer specializing in website design and UI/UX at Sherwood Digital, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that align with our client’s brand visions, effectively communicate their messages, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Working closely with our clients and internal teams, you will play an integral role in developing creative concepts and translating them into impactful designs for various digital marketing materials, with a focus on websites and user interfaces. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client’s success and be an essential part of our core team.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience.
– Create visually engaging and user-friendly designs for websites, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and more.
– Develop innovative design concepts, mockups, and prototypes that effectively represent our client’s brands, marketing objectives, and user experience goals.
– Execute design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in website design and UI/UX to consistently deliver fresh and innovative designs.
– Work closely with our content creators, marketers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into digital assets.
– Provide design support for client presentations, pitches, and meetings as required.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal design processes and actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

– A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including websites, social media graphics, digital ads, and other relevant materials, with a specific focus on website design and UI/UX.
– Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer with expertise in website design and UI/UX in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and UI/UX prototyping tools.
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for user-centric design.
– Ability to transform complex concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs, with a focus on intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams.
– The proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Available to work during US time zone (8 AM – 5 PM PST)
