Long term part time VA that may turn into full time with salary

Hi there! I’m looking for a long term part time VA that will be covering many different tasks in my business. I will have training videos on everything and I will help you learn personally! It may turn into more of a full time job with a salary over time.

Requirements:
Must be very good at following instructions, a quick learner, asking questions when you’re not sure about things and paying attention to details
Proficient with English, spoken and written
Fast typing speed, fast internet speed and little to no power interruptions
Must be very organized
Great with communication
A positive attitude 🙂

Tasks include:
Making ad accounts
Preparing ad accounts
Potentially helping me run the ads
Requesting refunds
Using spreadsheets
And other little things that come up

Working hours:
Between 2-5 hours a day at most
You’ll have freedom to do certain tasks whenever, as long as they are done that day. Please call me Madi in your response to this post
Other tasks will need to be at a specific time, that time will be later in the evening in the Philippines most likely if needed, I’m not totally sure, but the latest would be around 1 am. This might start later, but not initially. This will be if you help me with running the ads.

Days off:
There will be work mostly everyday, but if you’d like a day off, you can prepare things in advance and/or let me know.

Pay:
$4/h
You will be paid through Payoneer every Monday – it’s almost instant after the initial payment

This is the timeline:

I will contact you if you’re a good fit today or tomorrow. We will get on a call and have an interview. Once complete, I will interview others. I will contact you the same day/next day if you’ve been chosen, and have you start with a training video. You will do that task until complete and I will evaluate your work and determine if we will be a good fit based on that. Then I will introduce more tasks and have you fully trained.
