Job Description

We are excited to welcome a highly organized and motivated virtual assistant with a good understanding of the tech world to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English, able to follow directions, and able to think critically and intuitively to assist with various tasks and projects for our CBD marketing company and personal brand. The virtual assistant should have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently and follow directions. The virtual assistant will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule, and as long as they are responsible with their job, working with us should be quite enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support such as scheduling, email management, and data entry
– Assist with research and data analysis
Help with project management and coordination
– Use chatbot technology such as GPT effectively
– Write newsletters for email marketing
– Perform other duties as assigned for both the CBD marketing company and the personal brand
– Be willing to apply yourself and learn new skills as we go (which will make you more valuable in the long run as well!)

Qualifications:

– Fluent in both written and spoken English
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to think critically and intuitively
– Knowledge of the tech world
– Experience in project management preferred
– Excellent time management skills
– Available most days

Duration:

Minimum 1 month, potentially 6 months or more.
