We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Virtual Assistant – Australian Fashion Brand Meeting Specialist.

Your primary goal will be to secure 10 meetings a day with prominent Australian fashion brands.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network and fostering meaningful connections within the Australian fashion sector.

Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Mastery: Update leads, deals, and contacts in HubSpot CRM. Monitor and record progress while continuously inputting new data to keep our database up-to-date.

2. Prospecting Prodigy: Craft personalized emails tailored to our target audience. Initiate contact through official websites, LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and Twitter. Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships.

3. Meeting Master: Utilize our Calendly scheduling system to book meetings with potential clients. Ensure seamless coordination of availability and confirm daily appointments with prospects and clients.

4. Real-time Reporting: Stay connected via WhatsApp to provide regular check-ins before and after your shift. At the end of each shift, report the number of reach-outs, replies, contacts made, and meetings booked.

Daily Tasks:
1. Perform 100 outreach efforts via email and social media.

2. Maintain and update HubSpot CRM.
Secure 10 meetings with Australian fashion brands.

3. Provide daily check-in/out times and activity reports via WhatsApp.

Requirements:
– Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in setting up meetings and lead generation.

– Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

– Reliable Technology: Ensure a stable internet connection and have a backup plan in case of power outages.

– Dedication: Display a strong work ethic, commitment, and a hunger for success.
Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
