Requirements:
– Experience with Longform YouTube Videos:** Prior experience editing longform YouTube videos is very important.
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro: Must have experience with this software.
– Experience with Proxies: Knowledge of working with proxies is required.
– Fast Internet Connection: Applicants must send a screenshot of their upload and download speed.

**Job Details:**
– **Paid Test Task:** There will be a paid test task to evaluate your skills.
– **Drive and Ability to Learn:** We are not looking for perfection but for drive and the willingness to learn over time.
– **Rewards for Longevity:** Editors will be rewarded the longer they work for the team.
– **Full-Time Position:** This is a full-time role, and we expect your full commitment. No other jobs or projects on the side.
– **Daily Meetings via Slack:** We will meet daily on Slack, but communication will not be overwhelming.
– **Twice-Weekly Zoom Meetings:** We will have Zoom meetings twice a week.
– **Long-Term Employment:** We are looking for a long-term employee, not a temporary contractor.
– **Weekly Pay:** Starting at $125 per week, with gradual increases over time.
