As an Inbound Virtual Assistant – Lead Pre-qualifier, your primary responsibility will be handling inbound leads, which may come in the form of inbound calls or online form submissions. You will be tasked with assessing the quality and intent of these leads before scheduling appointments. This role requires outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently and efficiently.

You will be working for a company in the house painting niche with key services such as exterior painting, interior painting, and cabinet painting. Any technical knowledge will be trained, but you would be expected to come in with a solid grasp on gauging interest, problem solving, and a work ethic to constantly dial, update notes, and follow-up with cold leads to re-engage and book as many qualified appointments as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Lead Handling: Manage incoming leads, including inbound calls and online form submissions, and promptly respond to them.
• Lead Pre-qualification: Conduct a brief assessment of the lead’s qualifications and intent through effective questioning and active listening.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team based on your evaluation of the lead’s suitability and interest.
• Client Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with leads, confirming appointments and addressing any questions.
• Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of lead interactions and appointment scheduling within our CRM system.
• Follow-up: Implement a structured follow-up process to ensure appointment attendance and reschedule if necessary.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on inbound lead pre-qualification activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in inbound lead handling, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess lead intent effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Reliable and dedicated to achieving performance targets and deadlines.

*Important*

– Ability to work during East coast business hours. Looking for someone that can work at least during 8am-4pm EST.

Also hiring for a part time position from 3PM-7PM EST.
