Job Description

I’m looking for a Part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant- It would be preferable if the candidate can speak Spanish. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly desired for this role (20-30 hours with potential to move to full time later) Hours will be around 9am to 1pm or 10 to 2pm Central Time. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience in Cold Calling, experience using CRMs, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails and some other assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Handle emails coming in, respond, and organize
Data Entry
Social Media Ads
Social Media Management
Cold calling
Setting up appointments
CRM Management
Email and Text Management

Job Requirements:
* Spanish-speaking agent is a plus
* Real Estate Experience is a plus
* Soft-spoken and communication skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
* Willing to work during the hours listed above.
* Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
