Looking for a Call Center Manager!

Series A startup in women’s mental health is looking for a highly experienced Call Center Manager with healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling a call center to 100+ agents, be process-oriented, and have extensive management experience. They must have healthcare experience as this industry is highly regulated, and knowledge of insurance billing/licensing and scheduling is essential.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to scale the call center team to meet the growing demands of the business.
– Monitor call center performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
– Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, productivity, and career growth.
– Develop and execute training programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance billing/licensing, and scheduling processes.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing call center operations in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer service and team management.
– Preferably with Lean Six Sigma certification.
– Proven track record of successfully building and scaling call centers.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Excellent interviewing skills to ensure quality hiring decisions.
– Experience in day-to-day call center operations management.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

We will pay anywhere between $10-$12 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth. We will consider a higher rate with proven track record applicants.
