Job Overview:

As our Client Success and Data Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of our students and maintaining accurate client success data. Your responsibilities will include following standard operating procedures (SOPs), inputting and monitoring student data, and ensuring all aspects of client success are meticulously managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Accurately input and manage student data in line with SOPs.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather necessary information and ensure their success.
Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor and verify data to ensure all requirements are met.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in data management and onboarding processes.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $750 USD per month.
Work Schedule: Remote work, 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

Language: Native or Fluent English speaker.
Skills: Proficiency in Office/Google Docs, Slack, and other online tools.
Characteristics: Detail-oriented, self-directed, and eager to learn.
Experience: Familiarity with data entry and standard office procedures.

Nice to Have:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Discord).
Experience in creating and writing SOPs.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
