We’re looking for a full-time Community Engagement Specialist who can help us expand our site, .

We’re looking for a full-time dynamic and enthusiastic Community Engagement Specialist to join our team in building a community for our site, .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaged community on our Facebook pages and through our email newsletter. This role is focused on building meaningful connections with our audience by engaging in conversations in the comment sections and responding to email subscribers in a manner consistent with our brand voice and values.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a site that’s about the thing you love most – travel!

The new hire will receive complete paid training on all our processes. After the new hire is familiar with the processes we expect him/her to work with minimal oversight and to speak up if he/she has ideas for improving workflow.

We don’t want a wallflower, we want someone who will be an active part of the team.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year experience in community engagement, customer service, or a related field.
* Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
* You are passionate about building communities
* You have the skills and enjoy engaging and connecting with people
* You have a genuine interest in people, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond thoughtfully
* You have a strong understanding of our brand and the ability to communicate in a way that aligns with our values and tone.
* You are highly skilled in using Facebook for community engagement and content management.
* You are flexible and adaptable
* You enjoy challenging work
* You are an independent thinker with the ability to express your thoughts
* You are highly familiar with American culture
* You are dependable and able to work 40 hours a week
* You’re looking for a long-term position

Not required but highly desirable:

* Knowledgeable in US geography

Benefits:

* Competitive rates: Pay is $3.00 per hour. Pay is in USD.
* The 13th-month bonus is already included in the pay. So you get it quick and don’t have to wait until the end of the year
* After a successful 90-day review, you have the opportunity to earn a 10% monthly bonus on top of your base pay, for exceeding performance targets.
* Consistent workload every day: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Flexible schedule between 9 AM to 10 PM from Mondays to Fridays)
* Long-term, stable work as part of a high-performing team
