Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team and oversee the management and communication aspects of our student coaching program. As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the program and maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our students. You will be responsible for building a strong sense of community, facilitating effective communication channels, and ensuring that all program-related activities are well-coordinated.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the student coaching program.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the program’s effectiveness and impact.
Coordinate and schedule coaching sessions, workshops, and events for the students.
Track and report program progress, providing regular updates to the management team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
Foster a supportive and inclusive community for the students, creating a positive atmosphere.
Develop initiatives to engage and connect students, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Implement strategies to encourage active participation and engagement within the community.
Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the student community promptly and effectively.
Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, coaching staff, and other stakeholders.
Develop and distribute regular program updates, newsletters, and relevant resources.
Monitor and moderate online platforms or forums used by the student community.
Respond to student queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and engage potential students.
Build strong relationships with students, understanding their needs and aspirations.
Collaborate with coaches and mentors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to guide the students effectively.
Foster relationships with external partners or guest speakers to provide valuable opportunities for students.

Requirements:

Proven experience in community management, program management, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using online collaboration tools, social media platforms, and community management software.
Empathetic and patient nature, with the ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Familiarity with coaching or education programs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Note to mark : To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. Working Hours:
Our USA business hours includes MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time)
Hours for some departments may be fixed or may vary depending on the tasks/projects involved.
Billable teams ( Bookkeepers, Tax preparers, Customer care, and admins ) expect to work at least 50 hours per week during tax season, and weekends could be required.
We need someone who is available for on-call emergencies (outside of normal working hours. Only when needed).
