We are looking for a fast-paced lead generator/sales representative who can effectively communicate and scout potential clients through Instagram, Facebook, LINKEDIN, and any other applicable platforms. Your primary responsibility will be responding to commenters and engaging them through direct messages (DMs) in order to lead them toward a specific Call to Action by developing heartfelt conversations and building rapport and trust.
This may involve setting up a booked call, guiding them through a paid product funnel, or directing them to fill out a specific form to assess their needs, among other objectives.

Tasks include:
Be present, active, and known to our closed communities and to leads on our social media platforms via your personal profile, building rapport, and trust.
Must train and learn the Power of Somatic Intelligence brand message, learn how to communicate via the brand voice, and speak to the ideal client.
Attend meetings with the founder or other team members where required.
Use empathy to uncover the needs of the prospects and use predetermined questions to identify qualified leads, while aligning with the authenticity of the brand, using soft sales.
Adjust based on the person’s style of conversation, i.e chitty chatty, bottom line, etc.
Keep track of sales activities in our CRM making sure the sales process is documented.
Plan regular follow-ups to keep leads warm and create a constant flow of sales.
Nurture the lead and pass it on to the founder for a Discovery Call when needed.
Do various types of sales calls and close where it is appropriate.
We will give you our DM / conversation scripts, but you must already have an understanding of how to sell and engage in conversation with the customer as a lead with the intent to lead them in the direction you want. Our DM/conversation scripts will only tenfold your results if you have the knowledge. This is not a customer support or technical support job!
This is a Creme de la Creme sales opportunity we will provide a fixed base salary plus a motivating commission structure on top and world-class training. Starts with 20 hours a week and can grow to full-time over time. Hourly rate $10-20 (based on experience). Hired as an independent contractor.
