Looking for a Designer with experienced with Autodesk Fusion 360

Job Summary:

As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, creating, and implementing visually appealing and effective design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs across various mediums. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in design tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Ideation:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Generate creative concepts and ideas that align with project goals.
2. Visual Design:
– Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
– Create layouts, graphics, and illustrations that enhance the overall user experience.
3. Brand Consistency:
– Ensure that all designs adhere to the established brand guidelines.
– Maintain consistency in visual elements across different platforms and materials.
4. Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI teams.
– Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on input from various stakeholders.
5. Prototyping and Mockups:
– Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts and functionality.
– Conduct usability testing to gather insights for design improvement.
6. Stay Updated on Design Trends:
– Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
– Apply innovative design techniques to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
7. Technical Proficiency:
– Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other relevant tools.
– Stay informed about advancements in design technology and adopt new tools as needed.
8. Project Management:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
– Collaborate with project managers to establish realistic timelines and deliverables.
9. Communication Skills:
– Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
– Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
10. Adaptability:
– Adapt to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.
– Embrace feedback and be open to refining designs based on constructive criticism.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
– Proficiency in design software and tools.
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
– Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
– Expert in Auto Desk Fusion 360. (required)
– Can also create photorealistic 3D images. (required)
– Knows Adobe Creative Suite. (required)
