We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has experience as a social media manager for e-commerce based brands, and want someone who will grow with our company as we expand.
Your primary role is to act as the Social Media Manager across our accounts, and generate leads to potential clients. These tasks include:
1) Create reels and posts for FB, IG and Tiktok from existing images or to acquire them online
2) Post listings on facebook marketplace in different regions regularly
3) Reach out to potential customers such as banquet halls and caterers
4) Respond to customer inquiries via email or on social media
5) Maintain list of orders and keep track of our inventory
Qualifications for this position include:
1) 1-2 years of Social Media Experience
2) Experience posting on Facebook Marketplace and analyzing posts successs
3) Strong writing capability in English
4) Proficient in Google Sheets and productivity tools.
5) Skilled in video editing and content creation.
Time Commitment & Salary:
– 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (40 hours a week)
– Work hours are based on EST
– Salary: $5/hour or $800
