Tired of jumping from job to job? Here are a few tips that will help:

If you want to make $1,000,000 you first have to act like and think like a millionaire does. Mindset is everything!

1) First impressions are everything. Even tho this is a virtual job, put on your best clothes, comb your hair, and even brush your teeth. It’s been proven that If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good ( about yourself) it pays good$$. 🙂
2) Make an intro video that is 30-90 seconds long in a cool place like the park with a cool backdrop. Make it impactful and strictly about your professional skills. Make sure you have rehearsed what you’re going to say beforehand so it doesn’t sound like you are reading a script. Speak with confidence! Think of it like you are an actor in a play. Be yourself!
– Your Resume: Invest in learning how to make a professional-looking resume or hire someone online from the US. This is critically important!! They will tell you exactly what information to put and what not to put it. We look at 15 resumes per day and we disregard half of them. NOT because the applicant didn’t have the skills, but rather because the resume was done incorrectly or had missing information.
3) Be transparent. Think as if you are the employer, Would you hire someone overseas that you couldn’t verify who they are? A good idea is to share you have nothing to hide and provide your social media pages, etc.
3) Have previous work references readily available. No, not your best friend in the Philippines who going to say great things rather, your previous overseas employer. Most companies will not hire without it.
4) Be honest! If you put something on your resume that is not true, DON’T! you will get caught! That may not sound like a big deal however, if an employer writes a bad review or that you were dishonest during the hiring process, the chances of getting hired anywhere are unlikely. Honesty is always the best policy!
5) Lastly, If someone is paying you $X per hour, give them $XXX of value. This means if you’re getting $5 per hour, do the job like you are getting paid $15 per hour. Why? because when you make yourself invaluable to a company, they will pay you that $15 per hour!!! Here’s the problem, most people are not looking for an opportunity to grow and improve, only on how much it pays now. This is a loser mindset and not a growth mindset. Invest in yourself and in your craft, which will determine your value to the world.
