Looking for a Land Research and Acquisition Specialist VA!

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Land Research and Acquisition Specialist VA. We are a land acquisition and disposition company based in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in vacant land research, land evaluation, market comparables, and offer calculations. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing land acquisition opportunities, managing the various stages of getting the opportunities to interested sellers through making offers, and tracking priorities within our internal CRMs. Additionally, the candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate with other team members and call local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and prioritize vacant land acquisition opportunities
– Conduct research on vacant land properties, including market comparables, and offer calculations
– Manage the various stages of getting opportunities to interested sellers by making offers
– Organize and track priorities within internal CRMs
– Communicate effectively with other team members and call local authorities
– Generate necessary documents and reports

Qualifications:

– At least 1 year of experience in vacant land research, land evaluation, market comparables, and offer calculations
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Familiarity with CRM and document generation software
– Experience with local jurisdiction research
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Experience with DataTree, Prycd, Pebble REI, REI Reply, and PropertyRadar is preferred.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm CST.

We will pay anywhere between $5-$7 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
