Looking for a Long-Term Experienced Virtual Assistant
Compensation: $800/client or more (willing to pay more for more experienced media buyers)
Location: Virtual/anywhere
We run a specialized marketing agency called helping businesses to get more leads, appointments and clients with Facebook ads. While most other marketing agencies help everybody with everything, we’ve decided to only focus on Facebook ads. This gives us a competitive advantage and our clients love it. We are expanding our agency to offer more services to our clients such as Video Editing, Virtual Assisting and more.
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business of clients. You will work remotely, handling various tasks to support our clients and streamline their processes. As our Virtual Assistant you will work with us on per client basis and be responsible for the following tasks:
*Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
*Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries
*Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports or presentations
*Assisting in the creation of content and managing social media accounts
*Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining records
*Providing general support to visitors or clients
Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
*Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
*Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
*Strong organizational and time-management skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup
*Experience in social media management or content creation
*Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or others
*Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
*Additional English proficiency is a plus
