Looking for a long-term Virtual Assistent / T-Shirt Designer

Looking for new long-term virtual assisent / t-shirt designers for my team.
Right now, I’m working with 6 designers from the Philippines and would be delighted to have you in my team.
Since my other designers all use Adoube Illustrator, I can only hire people who have experience in this area. If you use Photoshop, please do not apply for this job.

My company is selling t-shirts designs mainly on Amazon(MerchbyAmazon) and other Print-on-Demand plattforms.

What’s your task?

The job will have two parts. One as a virtual assistant and one as a designer.

Virtual Assistent:
Every day from Monday to Friday you will start to copy the designs of my other designers in 2 more colors for me. This means you will load the svg file from my other designers and simply create 2 more variations in different colors. You don’t have to design anything yourself. This is very quick and doesn’t take very long. The only thing that is important to me is that you do this task every day from Monday to Friday.

Designer:
When you are done with the virtual assistant task, you will create your own designs like the other designers. You will get my accounts from Vexels, Canva, Creative Fabrica and Freepik where you can download vectors. You always get enough instructions. This means you can design as much as you want and are flexible in terms of time. This means if you want to create 5 designs in one day, then you create 5. But 10 or 20 designs are also possible here. You decide. But here too you will have to save your designs in different colors like in the first task.

Whats the salary?
Virtual Assistent – 300$ Fix per month
Designer – $2 per design to start. If I am satisfied with you and you have worked for me for a certain time, I will give you more.

Added up, it should easily be possible to earn at least $500-$600. It’s up to you how much you work and how many designs you create.
Payment will be once a month at the beginning with WISE (You will get paid with the currency dollar – philippine peso and I will pay the transfer fees)
