Are you passionate about mobile games and have a keen eye for detail? Flywater, a dynamic global gaming startup, is on the hunt for a dedicated Mobile Gaming Analyst. This role is all about diving deep into the world of mobile games, dissecting their mechanics, economies, and the probabilities that make them tick. If breaking down games, understanding their core, and contributing to a competitive analysis excites you, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Play and Analyze: Immerse yourself in mobile games, playing and analyzing them to understand their underlying mechanics and strategies.
* Research: Watch game footage to gain insights into different gaming strategies and trends in the competitive landscape.
* Critical Thinking: Apply your analytical skills to evaluate game features, player engagement, and monetization tactics.
* Data Management: Organize your findings in spreadsheets, making sure all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for team review.
* Present Your Findings: You will present your findings and analysis to the team on our weekly team meetings.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Passion for mobile games and a detailed-oriented approach to tasks.
* Ability to think critically and analyze complex information.
* Comfortable with managing and interpreting data in spreadsheets.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player.

* A full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
* Be part of a vibrant team based in the Philippines (PH) and the United States (US).
* Required: Participation in two weekly team meetings to sync up and share insights. Both meetings are 8am Los Angeles Time. The rest of your working schedule can be any time you prefer.
