Looking for a Part-Time UI/UX Designer

We are a growing tech company based in the US that is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering end-to-end user experiences for our digital products.

At times, you’ll be creating a branding process for a project, so a piece of knowledge on brand marketing is a must. Moreover, the company provides bonuses (once hired) if you exceed the expectation of the company with your output, and if we are happy with the services you are providing, then we might consider hiring you for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

– Conducting user research by gathering information and insights on user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform design decisions.
– Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
– Developing user personas and scenarios
– Designing for cross-platform applications (e.g., Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile)
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams. The designer works with teams such as product management, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are feasible and meet business goals.
– Ensuring design accessibility and compliance
– Staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies
– Designing interactive online content, which includes creating email templates, social media posts, and promotional artwork.
– Iterating and testing designs based on user feedback and metrics.

Requirements

– Knows and gives importance to workplace ethics

– Able to communicate their problem with their manager
– Do not say “Yes” all the time and provide their valuable opinion
– Able to produce high-quality, competitive, and corporate-standard output
– Able to become independent at their work, with less oversight from their manager
– [IMPORTANT] Professional working proficiency in the English language is required, so you can convey your design ideas to your colleagues and manager.
– With 3+ years of working experience in design and marketing-related fields
– Three (3) character references from their previous clients

Technical Skills

– Figma (the applicant must know how to prototype)
– Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD)
– Google Products (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Calendar)
– Project Management Tools (Asana, Jira, or JetBrains Space)
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and an understanding of how to design for development
