Job Description:
– Proper labeling of files/documents (IDs. POA, Proof of Address, Credit Reports, Agreements, etc.) received and uploading it in Google Drive
– Checking if all mails emailed for mailing are uploaded in Certified Mail Labels and adding Tracking Numbers in Google Sheets
– Tracking delivery status of mails either thru Certified Mail Labels or USPS and updating date of delivery in Google Sheets
– Saving a screenshot of the Proof of Mailings/Tracking Numbers for the letters mailed
– Logging in to clients’ credit monitoring accounts (Credit Karma, Experian, myEquifax, etc.) to see if logins are working and reports are updated
– Adding New Clients in Dispute Fox and Google Sheets
– Sending Onboarding Autofox via Dispute Fox
– Preparing POA document and sending it via
– Preparing Manual Request Forms for Annual Credit Report and emailing it to Mail Support, updating in Google Sheets and monitoring delivery status
– Assist in other administrative tasks

Qualifications:
– Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or as an Administrative Support in an Office set-up
– English proficiency particularly in written communication
– Knowledge in Credit Repair and Real Estate is a plus
– Exceptional skills in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive)
– Knowledge in Dispure Fox is a plus
– Tech-savvy and fast learner
– Works with accuracy and has keen attention to details
– Proactive and has the ability to do his own research and problem solve
– Excellent time management skills, can multi-task and able to meet deadlines
– Can work for 20 hrs a week M-F between 10AM – 2PM PST
– Potential additional hours based on performance

Technical Requirements:
– Dedicated computer with at least 6GB RAM, Intel3 or Ryzen3 OS, Windows 10
– Wired internet connection of at least 5mbps
– Back-up internet connection
– Noise cancellation headset or quiet workspace and a Webcam for Slack Huddle
