Looking For a Reliable Shopify Developer For 7 & 8 Figure Brands.

Hi! I’m Spencer Pawliw, the founder of a growth-focused, full-service, eCommerce agency over in Vancouver, Canada.

I am currently hiring an hourly basis (moving towards a full-time) Shopify Developer who can join our Conversion Rate Optimization team to help us keep up with the demand for high-converting user experiences on Shopify.

With over 19 different clients that range in size from multi 6, 7, and even 8 figures in annual sales… We do a lot of CRO! But unfortunately, our developers are at max capacity and if we are going to continue to bring on great clients and deliver a great service, we need another great team member to help us out.

And… That’s exactly where you come in ????

I’m looking for someone to join our team to work closely with our CRO strategist, copywriter, and designers to develop our designs and optimize our client’s stores with clean & efficient code.

Your Role At The Agency?

The purpose of the Conversion Developer role at Easy A Media is to develop the designs & optimizations from our team to improve user experience & increase Shopify sales for our clients.

– Develop all designs & tasks assigned by the Project Manager
– Ask the design & strategy team for clarity on functionality with designs (if needed)
– Review all developed work following the Easy A | Quality Assurance Guide
– Ensure your developed projects have clean breakpoints & are optimized for all devices
– Develop all elements & pages with code optimal for fast loading speeds
– Request higher quality assets from the design team if needed for development
– Provide edit access for text, imagery, and custom-coded sections inside Shopify’s CMS
– Code all pages in JSON for ease of access inside the Shopify CMS
– Keep track of Theme changes & updates inside GitHub alongside fellow developers
– Communicate with clients & project managers on any development request and feedback

Basic Shopify development is one thing. But, understanding how to develop Shopify experiences that convert is an entirely different thing. Being able to create seamless user experiences that convert customers is a very valuable skill in the digital space, and at Easy A we acknowledge that.
