We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of our two businesses: a marketing agency () and an Airbnb business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, multitasking, and managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across both enterprises.
Responsibilities:

Airbnb Business:
Guest Communication: Handle all communication with guests, providing exceptional customer service and prompt responses.
Coordination with Cleaners: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
Check-in on Portals: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs on Airbnb and other booking platforms.
Invoice Review and Payment: Review invoices, ensure accuracy, and handle timely payments.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.

Marketing Agency:
Customer Communication: Manage communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Email Management: Handle the executive’s email inbox, responding to messages and organizing correspondence.
Copywriting: Assist with creating and editing marketing content, including emails, blog posts, and social media updates.
Management Tasks: Support various administrative and management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the agency.
Invoice Review and Payment: Review invoices, ensure accuracy, and handle timely payments.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Experience with bookkeeping and financial management.
Familiarity with Airbnb or other vacation rental platforms is a plus.
Background in marketing or copywriting is advantageous.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with project management tools.
