CRO SPECIALIST FOR PAID ADS
JOB DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW
In general, our CRO Specialist will be responsible for assisting our digital marketing team with optimizing paid ad campaigns. Below is a list of tasks and duties we need help with.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Create, build, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns and landing pages.
– Create, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and landing pages.
– Assisting our Client Launch Manager with new client launches to ensure quick turnaround times.
*** The primary role will be optimizing campaigns 1 to 2 times a week to ensure leads are at an optimal cost so our clients are happy. Having experience in this is 100% critical to the position. You need to know how to generate leads really well***
HARD SKILLS:
Extensive Facebook knowledge of:
*Must have Meta Ads Certification
– Facebook Ads Manager
– Facebook Pixel
– Conversion API
– Facebook Pages
– Facebook Business Manager
Extensive Google knowledge of:
*Must have Google Ads Fundamentals Certification
– Google Ads Manager
– Google Ads Editor
– Google Search Ads
– Google Display Ads
– Google Tag Manager
– Google GA4
– Go High Level is a plus, but can train on this robust CRM. Priority will be given to those who have this skill set included. (note: the secondary skill listed saying Clickfunnels is not entirely true. We Go High Level instead, but they are very similar)
SOFT SKILLS:
**Extremely detail oriented** (this skill is critical to working with us)

– Has patience with problem-solving
– Does not rush tasks to get them done
– Knows how to troubleshoot campaigns to get the best optimization possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– A portfolio of work to show evidence of experience.
– High school diploma or higher.
– Minimum of 1 year experience in the digital marketing space.
– Writing skills commonly found in US business communication.
– Speaks & understands english entirely.
– Has a laptop with camera with these requirements:
16GB ram min
256 GB hard drive space
Intel core i5 or higher
2.0GHz or higher

– Has a fixed internet connection speed of 40 mbps or higher
** Must be willing to work between any of these timeframes in Pacific Standard Time (Monday to Friday 4am to 5pm – example: 5am to 1pm, or 8am to 4pm) – DO NOT APPLY IF THIS ISN’T POSSIBLE.
PAY STRUCTURE:
Starting pay is $750 – $1000 USD/mth with incremental pay increases based on performance. Starting salary will be determined once accepted, and based on experience.

Floor Coating Marketers has been marketing to concrete coating companies (think epoxy floors) since 2020. The owner, Rudy Hettrick, has been a digital marketer since 2017. Previously to that he owned a service company which led him down the path of marketing. He fell in love and sold his service business to grow his agency. Since then, we’ve been growing quickly and we really need a rockstar team that understands our core values, vision, and mission statement.
