Looking for a Rockstar Virtual Assistant who can learn and grow with my business

To my Rockstar Virtual Assistant to be:

I started a restaurant five years ago and I would like to start growing my company. In order for me to do so I need to delegate some admin tasks so I can focus on the revenue generating tasks.

I’m looking for someone who:
– is a self starter/can work independently once given instructions
– is reliable
– has a positive attitude
– is eager to learn and grow with the business
– is ok with receiving performance feedback
– is ok with going the extra mile in order to complete assignments
– always performs to the best of their ability
– can speak and write with a good level of English

The tasks (to start) include:
– Co-creating a monthly marketing plan
– Social Media Advertising (Creating posts and stories and scheduling them in advance on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
– Creating funnels and email marketing campaigns
– Handling social media messages
– Email correspondence
– Documenting business operating systems
– Generating leads (creating a list of potential customers, emailing them using pre-written scripts and following up)
– Any other tasks that will help free up my time so I can focus on building the business

I won’t require you to take on all of these tasks at once. There will be a period of training before I hand over the wheel and let you do it on your own. The tasks will be added gradually, we will go at your pace.

This will be the first time I’ve had a virtual assistant, so there will be a steep learning curve once we start. After a month I will evaluate whether you’re a good fit for my business. If I find that you are a good fit then I will officially welcome you as the newest member to the A Team that I’m building. There will be opportunities to learn and grow. The business will offer you the chance to increase your skillset and knowledge base through training.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with wordpress development. I will need to make updates and changes to my website from time to time.
