We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team at our short-term rental education company. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases customer/client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and increase customer/client relationships for our short-term rental education company.
– Analyze results from social media campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the social media accounts, including content creation and curation, engagement, and reporting.
– Create and post content for a variety of platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media sites.
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
– Develop relationships with influencers and industry partners to build partnerships and collaborations.
– Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
– Identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement on social media.
– Suggest new strategies and tactics to boost our short-term rental education company’s social media presence.
– Develop and manage campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
– Create and manage the company’s social media calendar.
– Ensure all content is visually appealing and consistent with our short-term rental education company’s branding.
– Manage the budget for social media campaigns.
– Analyze website traffic and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure social media content is cohesive and on-brand.
– Create reports on campaign performance and provide insights to the team.
– Train and mentor other team members on best practices in social media.
Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of experience in the role/field.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
– Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Experience in branding and ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand image.
– Ability to bring new ideas to the table and suggest new strategies and tactics.

We will pay anywhere between $4-$6 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
