Here’s my dilemma; I’ve been the only and best writer/scriptwriter, researcher, communicator, and teacher on my team for too long. Most of the businesses I’ve launched and scaled are some variation of me applying those skills to various industries and product ideas. However, those things take a lot of time. In the past, I had the luxury of going into isolation and problem-solving or writing for days or weeks on end and coming back with a polished gem. Now I’m managing 5 businesses, and I simply can’t be the one to put pen to paper anymore. As a result I’ve become the bottleneck in my own businesses where our success often hinges on the quality (and volume) of content we put put out.
In addition to my US based employees, I currently have 4 full time Filipino employees who are absolutely wonderful and I’m eager to grow our team with more amazing and talented men and women.

The Job:
This is where you come in. I need someone who is talented enough to be my personal ghost writer. For youtube scripts, technical writing, blog posts, sales copy, etc. You’ll immerse yourself into the industries our team operates in and be able to build a career with me and my team. I’m less worried about diplomas and more interested in results.
As you consider applying, I’m looking for someone who I can trust to produce top quality content that I can then deliver on camera and in written materials to a savvy American audience.
This job is not a soulless meat-grinder of “write 500 SEO focused articles about 500 completely different topics”. We’re in the apparel decorating, entrepreneurial, and equipment manufacturing space. You’ll be part of the conversation I’m having with thousands of aspiring people, looking to change their lives and futures for the better. In the process you’ll be picking up these skills as well.
I’m looking for someone who is fully immersed in written and spoken English, down to the cultural references and nuances of the American dialect. Someone who can work with me and my team to research and gather information from other sources and trends on social media and then bring sharp, insightful, intuitive, and well researched scripts and articles to the table for delivery.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is REQUIRED.
When it comes to writing, the ability to adapt the narrative style to a youtube script, educational material, or sales blog are REQUIRED.
Experience with ChatGPT is recommended, we’re looking to avoid the braindead generalist content it shovels out, but keep our fingers on the pulse of AI so we can leverage it when possible.
Intuitive research skills are REQUIRED
Must be creative, problem solving, fast learning, with attention to detail.
Experience with Sales and Conversion writing would be nice.
You will be;
Researching industry related content and both writing articles, youtube scripts, instructional video scripts, sales articles, instruction manuals etc. This includes;
Collaborating with our corporate partners behind the scenes to learn about products and services.
Writing SEO optimized content under the direction of our SEO manager including graphics.
Fully immersing in our industry, taking on a wide range of tasks that personally alleviate tasks from my work load.
Perks;
You can work as much as you want, I will pay you based on a salary, but overtime hours will be paid extra.
Vacations are flexible, if you need time off just let me know. One of our team members recently took a 4 week trip to another country and was able to manage his workload and received full salary for the duration.

I own 5 companies, Brands & Empires a media company, an equipment dealership, The Neighborhood Print Shop a screen printing and promotional products company, The Growth Accelerator a consulting and business incubator program, and Uncreative Designs, a new design service in pre-launch.
