We’re looking for a ClickUp expert who can help us manage and optimize our spaces. We’re looking for someone who can be part of our team on a long-term ongoing basis and grow with our business (currently a part-time position). We will work with you on an as-needed basis. We have most of our system on ClickUp already set up, and need someone to maintain it, update it, improve it, or fix glitches.

Our ideal candidate also has a strong understanding of Zapier and Active Campaign and is a superstar at automation & integration set ups between different platforms (ClickUp, Active Campaign, Calendly, Zapier, etc).

– You’re a highly motivated ClickUp expert who knows ClickUp inside-out, and constantly keeps up with all of ClickUp’s updates and new features.
– Available to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
– Highly system-oriented and detail-oriented
– Highly reliable and responsive to messages
– Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
– Excellent work ethics and communication skills

– We will prioritize ClickUp certified applicants
– Excellent ClickUp knowledge and ability
– Proactive and able to create strategies to improve our ClickUp spaces
– Project management skills a plus: Great at managing projects on project management platforms
