Hello! I’m looking for a general VA to help with tasks. Details are below, but essentially I need help doing some research, creating SOPs, and just handling various tasks as they come up! You’ll work closely with me to help streamline operations and keep things running smoothly. I’m hoping to find someone who is also willing and able to recommend even more work for themselves.
Hours:
Initially, this job will be about 5 hrs a week. We’ll do a test run for a month to make sure it’s a good fit. There’s lots of room for these hours to expand as we continue.

Preferred Experience

Responsibilities:
Initial Tasks:
– Create standard operating procedures based on common tasks in the business (I’ll provide videos).
– Research potential clients for cold pitches and add them to a database.
– Research potential podcasts to pitch Nicole as a guest speaker.
– Proactively make suggestions for anything you think we could be doing better!
Potential Future Tasks:
– Generate podcast transcripts (clean up AI exports).
– Create podcast show notes.
– Make ad hoc edits to the website.
– Organize voice of customer data using ChatGPT (training provided).
– Contact support and troubleshoot software issues.
– Social media ideation and scheduling.
– SEO Keyword Research

– 1 to 3 years of experience (internships count!)

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc

– Spotify for Podcasters

– Social Media scheduling (like Planoly)
