SALARY RANGE: $6.00 to $10.00 per hour

Looking for a Virtual Assistant who will provide executive assistance support.

Qualifications:

3+ years proven experience as an executive assistant.
In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite and google suite products.
College diploma.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills with high English comprehension during multi person phone meetings.
Ability to foresee the needs of the Executive and offer suggestions and solutions.
Familiarity with Rent Manager or other property management software.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Familiarity with marketing.
Must be quick, able to handle multiple assigned tasks, and be detail oriented.

The Virtual Assistant will manage the affairs of the Executive and everything that may be needed both professionally and personally. The primary near term need will be taking over personal tasks for the Executive including travel planning and reservations, appointments, and schedule and email management. Two other areas of future service may include property management tasks of the Executive’s portfolio of properties as well as product licensing tasks including research and solicitation of new product ideas. Key responsibilities of the three areas are listed below.

Executive Assistant – Primary

Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage other VAs.
Manage email, inbox, calendar, meetings, notes/minutes, and action items.
Plan, arrange, and book all trips.
Research, report, and present all requested information.
Make purchases, track all expenses, and keep accounting books.
Create written and video SOPs for all assigned tasks.
Manage executive keeping him well organized and well informed with easy access to all data, materials, action items, and responsibilities.

Property Management – Possible

Resolving day to day issues that arise in conjunction with the onsite manager.
Reviewing, checking, approving/denying applications.
Oversight of onsite manager, contractors, and project management of renovations.
Marketing of new homes for lease.
Solicitation of new properties to purchase and due diligence management once contracts are in place.
Research and oversight of property expansion.
Book keeping of all payments and transactions. Preparation of financial reports.
Manage onsite managers.

Licensing – Possible

Research all aspects of new product ideas including: market, product, competitor,
licensee, industry, etc. and compile information into report format.
Creating marketing material.
Setting appointments with licensees.
