Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management: Efficiently manage and optimize product listings to ensure high visibility and sales conversion.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
SEO & Listing Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and ranking.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to inform strategies and report on progress and ROI.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high ratings and customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Amazon PPC: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns.
Financial Management: Closely monitor expenses and Amazon fees, and find glitches.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in Amazon marketplace management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using e-commerce tools and software for marketplace management.
