Looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager to Handle 20-30 Different Client Accounts

We are a social media marketing agency specializing in generating inbound appointments for martial arts studios. Our mission is to drive growth and success for our clients by leveraging the power of Facebook and TikTok advertising. We are seeking a motivated and skilled a a Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding our clients, ensuring projects are completed on deadline, and resolving and issues that may arise. This is a client-facing position. This role requires a detailed knowledge on how to use Slack, Google Suite, and general marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

– We’re client-facing to speak to timing & deliverables with the client. Internally, we coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders.
– Nurturing 20-30 different client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery is flawless.
– Developing weekly status reports, alongside the ads specialist/contractor and ensuring this is completed on time.
– Taking ownership of your account performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2+ years of proven account management experience
– Must know Go High-Level CRM software
– Experienced with Notion
– Experienced with Google Suite
– Well-rounded marketer, understanding terminology such as CPL, CPA, Churn % ,etc.
– Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
– Highly punctual and committed to producing quality work.
– Availability to work North American hours.
– Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).

This intermediate position is part-time (4-6 hours per day), but upon proven track record, can quickly be Full-Time Positions (8+ hours)
