Looking for an Accountant for my businesses

Hi,

I’m Alex from Global Shaker (based in the USA). I own some small businesses and I’m looking for someone to help me keeping the books of my companies.
We’re currently using Xero but we’ll move to QuickBooks.

The person I’m looking for will have the following tasks:
– Balance on a weekly or monthly basis our books.
– Keep a record of the invoices we’re paying. The way I will do is that usually I will send you by email or by slack a copy of the invoice and you will save it on Google Drive. I expect you to understand immediately what it is about. At the beginning, of course, I will explain to you. But most of the time the invoice should be self explainatory.

I have a PPC Agency, with few clients. So few operations per month
I have an Ecommerce website on Shopify. Most revenue and expenses are usually the same
I have an incubator, where I create Ecommerce. There also most operations are the same
Finally I have a Holding that may pay expenses for some companies.

I’m looking for someone with experience in accounting. The number of hours will be limited. At the beginning, there will be January and February 2023 to balance. I may also need to your for older months.
Then, it should be like 2-5h per week. Hopefully, it’s a growing job, as I’m also growing my businesses.

Ideally I’m also looking for someone that speaks French, as I may have some other tasks on the side. So it’s not mandatory to speak french but appreciated.
