I am looking for an assistant to help me with my various projects. These projects will mostly be in the real estate space and/or involve data entry. There’s potential for full-time if everything goes well.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
– Posting and managing Real Estate Ads
– Keep me updated on ads that were posted
– Ensuring ads are up to date and accurate
– Data Entry on other side projects (non real estate)
– Help with various other projects
To QUALIFY for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following
– Real Estate Advertising
– Customer Service
– Copywriting
We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
– A fast learner
– Detail oriented
– Can adapt to situations and be okay with constant change
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Consistent internet access & computer literacy
– Entrepreneurial mind set / self-sufficient
In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar
– Communications apps like WhatsApp, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, Zoom, etc
– Project management software (Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs, Basecamp)
– Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
– Software tools such as ChatGPT, etc.
This is a part-time position Mondays for Fridays from 9am-12pm EST. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help post real estate ads and other data entry tasks.
You’ll be working with me directly (owner). As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle tasks. There will also be potential to transition into a full-time role.
