I have multiple meetings with new and existing clients and need someone who can watch the recorded video of my meetings and create:
(a) Action items on me and other attendees.
(b) Note down points of interest from the conversation which will go into internal notes about the client.
You just need good English comprehension and ability to communicate relevant matter in actionable and precise forms. All meetings are recorded via Fathom (which is an automatic meeting recorder and notes taker), so you can watch portions again in case something is not clear, and there is a written transcript which is surprisingly accurate.
What the automatic tool does not do well is create usable action items or capture interesting points from the conversation with the client.
Naturally, you will not have a context to what we’re discussing in the beginning, and that’s fine – but as we move forward, you’ll start understanding what we’re doing.
1. You do not need to attend the meetings live.
2. I am expecting the action items and internal notes within 24 hours from when the meeting recording is sent to you. Please do inform me beforehand if you’re on leave or are unable to work.
3. You are required to maintain confidentiality of all materials shared with you, and under no circumstances are you allowed to share it with others or retain a copy.
4. It will take you roughly 2 times the meeting length to capture information from the video. In the beginning, I can understand if it is taking longer.
