The candidate will help with administrative, but also marketing, and analytical tasks of the business. You will help analyse our social media content, increase our online presence, engage with customers online, promote our products and help us find customers and form business relationships. Using your knowledge in SEO and marketing – you will drive traffic to our website, and nurture relationships with our existing customers. It’s essential that you have analytical skills and an advanced English language level. This is not another administrator role. Skills required
Minimum 1 year experience in Virtual Assistant role or a similar role working remotely
Experience in creating video presentations, market research reports, and data sheets
Able to present complex information in a simple and clear format
Able to identify and communicate potential future issues and spot opportunities for product improvement and business growth
Knowledgeable in G Suite, Google Analytics, Slack, Loom, Asana, Canva, Audacity, and other softwares for creating good quality video
Strong administrative, analytical and research skills
Previous experience within healthcare, wellness, digital, apps or technology sector is a big plus
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) is a must
Able to provide honest feedback and act on feedback received

Managing company information in Google docs and Google sheets
Systemising work tasks using team comms tools, Asana, Miro and Loom
Creating templates for outsourcing
other tasks related to assisting your manager in growing our business
Sales & Marketing
Facilitating marketing and social media campaigns
Creating and maintaining our positive image on social media
Publishing new content on all social media platforms
Analysing user engagement on all platforms
Finding and signing up clients for webinars and free product trials
Customer & Admin Support
Email support, setting up zoom meetings, etc..
Responding to customer messages on social media platforms
Providing a regular task updates via Asana
You need to work some UK office hours. A minimum is 4-5 hours per UK business day

During this time I’ve noticed a big need for digital training products that improve mental wellbeing and help create a better work-life balance. I have also noticed rapidly decreasing levels of mental health in children and adults. Since then Ive qualified as Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Life Coach.
I don’t believe the current methods of addressing common mental health issues work effectively, so I’ve created Virtually Unbreakable where we strive to create transformative solutions to help educate and improve mental wellbeing in children and adults. OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS
Starting pay rate: Php250 per hour
You will get paid on the same day every week via Wise
Bonuses will be available for exceptional work discussed during performance reviews
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and bonus days after completing your probation period
You will not be working during UK bank holidays
