We are seeking a skilled communicator who can engage with fans on a subscription based platform IN ENGLISH. The idea candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of engaging and building intimate rapport with customers and, ideally, previous experience with the platform (or a similar one). You will also be responsible for managing accounts on Instagram, Reddit, TikTok and Twitter.
Responsibilities
– Take our clients pre-made content and upload it to various social media channels with the addition of creative captions.
– Engage with the clients social media community and respond to messages and comments with the aim of funnelling them to a paidplatform.
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Create inspiration documents of high-performing content that will be sent to the client to copy.
– Engage in conversations with fans on the platform to sell intimate photos and videos.
– Build genuine relationships/friendships with fans and keep them engaged.
– Collaborate with our team to develop new strategies for increasing customer engagement and sales.
Requirements
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Ability to strictly adhere to rules and guidelines, good attention to detail.
– Prior experience managing social media accounts on Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter.
– Must be punctual, someone I can rely on, honest with mistakes, and comfortable asking questions if anything is unclear.
