Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at LuxGrip, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our brand from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process orders, modifications, and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely.
Previous customer service experience in an ecommerce environment is preferred.
Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
