Looking for an Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller

If you’re an outgoing, fluent English speaker who loves engaging with people, passionate about real estate and eager to work remotely as a Virtual Cold Caller for a real estate investment company dealing with land, we’re looking for you.
Overview
As a Real Estate Virtual Cold Caller, you’ll hold a pivotal role within our land investment team, reaching out by phone to land owners in multiple states across the US. Your primary role will be to build rapport with land owners who will or have already received offers on their properties, request further details and assess their motivation to sell.
For this position, you must be fluent and comfortable speaking English on the phone, be familiar with real estate terminology, have a reliable internet connection, and have prior experience with CRMs and communication tools such as WhatsApp (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

– Engage in conversations to identify property owners’ openness to selling their properties.
– Present the opportunity of receiving a cash offer and negotiating these offers.
– Speak with property owners as well as county officials, real estate agents, and title agents.
– Record essential information accurately in our CRM.

Qualifications:

• Proficient and fluent in English (American accent preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable initiating phone calls, with a positive and engaging personality and a natural talent for building rapport.
• Consistent access to a high-speed internet connection.
• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
• Previous cold calling or sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

Looking for Part-time, about 2-3 hours per day, with the prospect of making this a full-time (40 hours/week) position in the future of.

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $5/hour.
Additional commission on top of hourly pay for successfully converted leads resulting in closed deals
