We are a women’s mental health Series A startup and we are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, outgoing, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator. This role involves healthcare recruiting, onboarding, and providing general HR support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
-Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions.
-Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
-Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
-Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
-Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
-Provide support to new employees, helping them integrate into our company culture.
-Assist in various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
-Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
Qualifications:
-1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, onboarding, or HR generalist roles.
-Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
-Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A genuine desire to contribute to the success of our team and the well-being of our employees.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

We will pay anywhere between $8-$10 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
