Looking for an Inside Sales Agent!

We are a women’s mental health Series A startup, and we are looking for an Inside Sales Agent. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with external healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain strong communication with referring clinics, fostering partnerships, and addressing concerns.
-Build rapport with clinic staff for better collaboration.
-Streamline referrals, resolve issues, and ensure smooth patient transitions with onboarded clinics.
-Serve as the main point of contact for referring clinics throughout the referral process.
-Collect necessary information for seamless patient transitions and handle arising challenges.
-Respond promptly to clinic inquiries with accurate information.
-Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and provide necessary training or materials.
-Keep detailed records of communications and generate reports on trends and feedback.
-Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels, continuously seeking feedback for enhancements.

Desired Skills:

-More than 5 years of experience in the sales & customer service role/field.
-Recent cold-calling experience is a must
-Proven experience in closing deals.
-Proven experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in a US healthcare setting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Empathy and understanding of the unique needs of mental health professionals.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm EST.

We will pay between $10-$14 an hour and a commission potential.
