Are you an expert in SEO outreach?

As a link builder, you must build quality links in order to emulate a natural link profile for our clients. You are focused on producing long term outcomes, not short term SEO rank spikes.

Join our growing search engine optimization team while working within a fun and creative corporate culture. The qualified individual we’re looking for should be outgoing and great with emails and social media outreach.

The link building specialist we’re looking for should be up-to-date with recent search engine changes, including (but not limited to) Google Penguin and Panda updates and practice search engine-approved methods for building brand awareness that generates results.

Your Skill Requirements:
– Keeping outreach email conversations fresh through regular follow-ups.
– Populate the “Link Building ” spreadsheet to keep track of the status of each offpage article, dofollow link, and current link status.
– Do not use PBNs, link building farms, or any form of SEO black hat strategy. We expect the best quality of links, not quantity.
– Reverse engineer link profile of our competitors.
– Search for advertising websites and partner websites for a link exchange;
– Please write “collywobble” in your message when you apply here so that I know you’ve read everything.
– Scrutinizing clients’ websites and identifying linkable assets.
– You will represent clients’ companies online. Maintain a very high degree of professionalism when engaging in link-building on our clients’ behalf.
– Coordinate with our content writers; deliver listing article requirements to our own content writers

Position Requirements:
– You must be fully committed to your role – we will accept both part-time and full-time, however if you are working full time we expect 100% of your availability.
– You will work from your own location.
– You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
– You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
– You must have exceptional English speaking & writing skills.
– You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously. Poor communicators will not be a good fit for our business.
– You must be comfortable using project management tools such as Asana and Slack.
– You must be comfortable using SEMRush
– You MUST NOT outsource this work. It must be done by you, with no exceptions.

Pay Rates:
To start you will be given jobs on a contract basis until we can vet your work and reassure ourselves you are ready to be a full-time member of our veteran marketing staff.

Hours and pay are subject to discussion based on your pre-qualifications.

Note: there is a great deal of opportunity for advancement and Easy mode Media’s end goal is to find a long-term, well-remunerated employee.
Depending on the quality of your work and experience we are open to negotiation on your final salary.
