We cover topics like makeup trends, nail design ideas, hairstyles, etc., and are looking for an amazing hyper-organized assistant.

We are hiring a virtual assistant to source nails, hair, and makeup images on Instagram and send DMs for permission to feature their images on our website and social media channels.

You will be responsible for finding accurate and beautiful images based on the keywords provided, asking for permission to use them, and documenting the permission in an organized way. For some projects, you may also resize the images and format them in WordPress.

When needed, you may assist in other administrative tasks.

This is a full-time salary role.

Requirements for the job:

– Meticulously organized with high attention to detail.
– 1+ Years of experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
– Exceptional writing ability in English – One of your main responsibilities will be communicating with USA-based social media accounts.
– Excellent research skills. You must be able to accurately determine the search intent of the keyword so you source the most relevant images.
– Ability to work efficiently.
– To check your attention to detail please tell me your favorite color somewhere in your application.
– Stable & fast internet connection.
– You must have an interest in nails, hair, makeup, or beauty in general. Experience in these areas either professionally or as an avid consumer will significantly help in this position.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Please include your best rate for 40 hours per week of full-time work.

Time will be tracked using our team time tracker (TeamLogger). The hours are flexible. You can choose to work during the times that work best for you.

If you are unable to commit to full-time hours, please specify that in your application. I will consider exceptional applications on a part-time basis as well.
