Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant/English

We are in need of a versatile team member with a large emphasis on ENGLISH, DATA ENTRY, QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
Our current company
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks.
2. Taking client/customer calls
3. Data entry
4. Invoicing and Bookkeeping
5. Scheduling tasks
6. Improving processes
7. Answering emails, filtering important and unimportant emails
8. Handling all day to day tasks of the business
To qualify for the position, you will need the following
1. Fluent English
2. Basic understanding of Bookkeeping
3. Quick Books online Experience
4. Google Drive Experience – Docs, Sheets, etc.
Our company installs lights on customer homes You will advance quickly if you are:
– A fast learner
– Pays close attention to detail
– Improves processes to make them repeatable
– Able to work without supervision
In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Go High Level
– Gmail
– Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar
– Social media Platforms – Instagram, Facebook
– Quickbooks Online
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you

This is a full-time position Mondays Through Fridays, 8AM to 4PM MST.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6
month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day
$750/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
(Pay can change depending on experience)
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
– 13th month Pay
– A pay raise to $1200/month
Training
– We will be doing meetings weekly and more often if needed for the first couple of weeks of your employment. We want to provide ample training so you’re up and running with the business.
– We will train on our current processes and help improve those processes
You’ll be working initially with the current administrative assistant and also the CEO. As our business grows, you will have a great opportunity to show your importance to the business.
