Hi! I am Anne, I am the sole owner of Tasker Ph, a Virtual Staffing Agency and I am looking for business owners in the US looking to hire VAs from the Philippines!
I have over 10 years of experience working in the Call Center industry and over 5 years of experience with being a Virtual Assistant. After years of experience, I was able to narrow down the things that most businesses and applicants miss during the recruitment period. So I decided to build my own company of Virtual Staffing Agency where my ultimate goal is to get rid of the doubts from most clients in the United States, UK, and Canada and make them more comfortable working with people from the Philippines. Also, to help out most of my countrymen in the Philippines who are struggling to match their skill sets to clients needing their potential and service.

• I will be the one to filter the candidates for your business needs so you will only get applicants that have already gone through my own process of recruitment
• I will personally interview the candidates myself because I want to make sure I am able to know their personalities from the beginning to the end of the hiring process.
• Cost-efficient and smooth payout process as all payments will only be between you and me. I will take care of the employees you hire from me for you. (this is the most common issue that we are having now since most Filipinos tend to take advantage of the fact that they can directly talk to the client regarding their pay so all issues just pop up just to get their pay in advance or ask for additional which is a red flag unless all true with proofs)
• Monthly check-in meeting with the candidates until they reach their 3rd month in your company to ensure a smooth transition and for coaching purposes if necessary.
• Processing of requirements and documentation needed from the candidate in case your business needs it to make sure all transactions are safe.
