**Key Responsibilities**:
– Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and in a timely manner, using Gorgias and Shopify platforms.
– Use ChatGPT (GPT-4.0) to enhance customer service interactions and provide quick, informed responses.
– Create and edit basic graphics as needed for customer communication using Canva.
– De-escalate and appease customers during challenging interactions, ensuring a positive resolution.
– Collaborate with other team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
– Opportunity to grow into a managerial role, overseeing other virtual assistants and contributing to strategy.
**Requirements**:
– Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an eCommerce setting.
– Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
– Experience with Gorgias and Shopify platforms.
– Familiarity with ChatGPT (GPT 4.0) for enhancing customer service interactions.
– Basic knowledge of Canva for creating and editing designs.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with potential to manage other virtual assistants.
– A positive attitude and resilience, especially when dealing with difficult situations.
