We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on updating and enhancing our website using the Divi theme. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about web design, enjoys working with graphic design tools, and has a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Update and maintain our website using WordPress and the Divi theme by Elegant Themes. You should have some design skills and be capable of implementing new features and aesthetics to enhance the user experience. Knowledge of fixing PHP update bugs is a must.
Graphic Design (Optional): Design and create visuals for our website using Canva. This includes graphics and other promotional materials that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Video Content Creation (Optional): Produce engaging video content using tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere. Conceptualize ideas, edit video footage, and create visually appealing final products for website integration.

Qualifications:

Experience with WordPress and the Divi theme for website management is a must.
Strong design skills and a good aesthetic sense.
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction well.
Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute ideas.
Understanding of American culture, enabling effective communication and content that resonates with U.S. audiences.
Efficiency and focus, ensuring that time is used productively to achieve professional results.

Interest in or understanding of mindfulness and spirituality, as I am a Reiki Master Teacher and KonMari decluttering organizer.

Additional Skills (Optional):

Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
