Job Description

We are looking for an excellent Ecommerce Customer Support

The candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment, and MUST be a self-starter who can overcome challenges and resolve issues with limited supervision.

Necessary Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in ECOMMERCE customer support

2. Experience in Shopify – processing orders, refunds, etc.

3. Experience in Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, or any other ecommerce customer support tool

Your Top Tasks:

– Responding to customer enquiries through Email, Facebook & Instagram

– Processing Refunds, Exchanges, Incorrect Addresses on Shopify

– Create Standard Operating Procedures for all customer enquiries

– Filling out Daily Profit & Loss (Data Entry through Excel)

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I am looking for a full-time employee.
