Looking for experienced appointment setters

We are a marketing agency specializing in generating leads for martial arts studios. We are seeking a motivated and skilled appointment setter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the lead follow up 5-10 clients. This means calling the leads, responding to text messages, scheduling appointments, and accepting payments. Your goal isn’t to simply set appointments, but to ensure that leads are qualified, show up, pay, and commit to long-term members for our clients.

Note: Rather than “Appointment Setters”, we like to use the term “Virtual Front Desk Agent”.

Key Responsibilities:

– Reach out to leads via phone calls and text messages and effectively communicate their services.
– Collect payment from leads for pre-paid trials
– Schedule appointments for our clients with qualified leads.
– Handle objections professionally and persuasively.
– Maintain punctuality and a strong work ethic to meet daily and weekly targets.
– This position starts off part-time, and quickly turns into full-time once you hit KPI’s

Qualifications:

– 2+ Years Experience in Appointment Setting or Cold Calling
– Must know HighLevel CRM software
– Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
– Comfortable dealing with negative leads
– Highly punctual and committed to producing quality work.
– Availability to work North American hours (Typically ranges 9AM EST to 6PM EST)
– Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

This will be a part-time position to start and will move to full-time hours upon hitting KPIs. We are looking to hire 2-3 additional people in this role before July 2024.
